1/HOW DO I VERIFY MY IDENTITY?

To verify your identity, we require the following:

A clear, readable, valid and unaltered scanned colour copy or photo of one of the following documents:

The front and back of your driving licence.
The photo page of your passport.
Front and back of your national ID card.

Alternatively, you can verify a credit or debit card in your Skrill account instead of sending a photo identification document. You can do this by clicking on Cards and Bank Accounts, then Add Credit or Debit Card. Please note that you will still need to send a Proof of address.

2/HOW DO I VERIFY MY CREDIT OR DEBIT CARD WITH SKRILL?

B1: Log in your Skrill account

B2: Select tab My Account then tab Cards and Bank Accounts >> Add Credit or Debit card

B3: Fill your card information:

Skrill will debit a small, random amount from your card.

You will then need to find out from your bank or card issuer what the actual amount debited is, and confirm this amount in your Skrill account.

Depending on how quickly your bank or card issuer displays transactions on your account, and how you access your statements, this type of verification can take anything from a few seconds to a few days.
